Infographic design and system management

Challenge

Sales teams needed a more scalable and efficient way to create customized, client-facing presentations while maintaining consistency across messaging, branding, and content. Existing resources were difficult to manage and lacked a centralized system that could easily adapt to evolving market needs and communication strategies.

Approach

To address this, I developed and managed a centralized library containing more than 1,800 pages of customizable content designed to support tailored sales presentations for prospective and existing commercial clients. I established structured templates, organized content systems, and an ongoing maintenance workflow to ensure materials remained current, accessible, and market-relevant.

Outcome

Since launching in 2023, the system has driven a 99% increase in collateral usage and expanded adoption to more than 1,077 unique users.

Challenge

Commercial sales and account teams required highly customized, data-driven materials to support RFP responses, annual reviews, executive summaries, and client-facing reporting. These projects often involved complex healthcare metrics, large volumes of information, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders, all while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

Approach

Partnered closely with stakeholders, copywriters, analysts, and legal teams to design clear, visually engaging communication materials that translated complex healthcare data into accessible client-facing content. Developed executive summaries, health metric dashboards, annual review presentations, and RFP support materials that balanced strategic messaging with data visualization and information hierarchy. Managed projects from concept through final production, ensuring materials remained polished, accurate, and aligned with enterprise brand standards.
